I've been having quite a bit of luck w this bait lately. But not until I swapped out and downsized the hooks to a #2 owner stinger like I'd use on a 6XD. My hook up percent went from about 50% to 90%. Anyone else have an opinion?

Its been good on rayburn past few weeks but we been losing fish might have to swap the hooks thanks.

I never use anything bigger than a #2 sometimes if you will go from a short shank to a standard length rear treble it will help too. Personally I always use round bend hooks to start off with until I see how they are eating the bait.
