DT6 style baits are awesome bass catchers. Working on a DT6 pattern today. On these I switched gill marking and belly scale colors between blanks. In the pictures you can't see glitter across the back but its there. Final coats are iridescent and pearlescent. Not too bright but very visible in off color water. As usual I'll keep the worst of this lot to fish with and sell the best of the batch online. texas

You might as well sell that whole batch.

Thanks to all of the folks who posted their comments clap. Next time I'll freehand the gill markings rather than use a stencil. IMHO the markings are just a little too bold. Also, think I'll go with burnt orange over the standard orange belly scale color. Looking for a light wire #6 or #8 hook to use on the DT6 so it doesn't sink...need this one to slowly float upward.
Any suggestions on a good light wire hook? texas

A dressed rear treble would also provide more buoyancy--just a thought smile
