be careful of "pro staff" boats with the hull warranty transfer. I purchased a 2011 Skeeter from a pro staffer in 2011 and paid the $200 for the hull warranty transfer. In the first year I had several. Meaning at least 8 3 to 4 foot stress cracks. I contacted Skeeter and they said take it to the local dealer. Local dealer said cosmetic and would only be covered if you are the original owner. I was then quoted $3500 for repairs. Thing has more cracks than a drug ring and I'm out of luck Skeeters that is their worst issue is stress cracks. They have had this issue for decades now............... Ok pink ranger, we get it. You hate Skeeters. My 04 ZX 225 has one small cosmetic crack where the console meets the deck. Been in big water all it's life. My dad's ZX 250 has zero cracks and he just fishes Texoma. Yes that's right, not one crack. I dare you to find one. I actually like the boats and they fish good. I think they are the second best looking boat behind a Ranger. It just the stress cracks thing with them.....

Come try to find a stress crack in my '07. Notta! None in my last skeeter, either. I think you've been looking at cracks for so long that you dream about them. Is that what you do when your plumber helpers are busy at work? Give 'em a break and go coordinate next week's schedule back at the office.

7k down and you can get a low payments of 550 for 20 years I saw the boat you are talking about, and did a little math. After taxes you would finance $69,395 for 20 yrs and payback $137,631 @ 7.25% with $7,100 down. Oh, and they had the boat discounted $2,000. lol Whoever takes that deal will be buried for life and deserves it.

If you can wait until the end of the Elite/FLW seasons, You can get an "almost like new" boat for a lot less than new. I bought a boat off one of the Elite guys in November and I am happy with it. I did try and do my homework in advance on who has a bad reputation for abusing their boats first though.

Don't know where your located but if you're in the East Texas area then check out the Phoenix at Shipp's Marine in Gladewater. Good folks.
