If people weren't paying $50k for used ones, the new ones wouldn't cost $60k-$70k. We do it to ourselves.

Tell me how an 18' boat has a price in the mid 30k range but a 20-21' boat cost double. How can a couple more feet of boat, and 100 hp cost that much more.

That is right on the nose!
There is no way any bass boat out there is worth more than $45,000 new, I would love to know what manufactures have in them, it's not just the boat it's also the motor ,electronic manufacture raising cost because people pay ridiculous prices.

I mean its expensive, but there is a trend that is undeniable... everything is getting more expensive over time.

See you on the lake and have a great day!

Took my 2012 Z521 to have it serviced and while I was there, I asked them to shoot me a price on a 2016 Z521 with no power poles and no batteries plus 2 Lowrance 12 touches. They wanted my boat plus $40k. They lost their mind.

be careful of "pro staff" boats with the hull warranty transfer. I purchased a 2011 Skeeter from a pro staffer in 2011 and paid the $200 for the hull warranty transfer. In the first year I had several. Meaning at least 8 3 to 4 foot stress cracks. I contacted Skeeter and they said take it to the local dealer. Local dealer said cosmetic and would only be covered if you are the original owner. I was then quoted $3500 for repairs. Thing has more cracks than a drug ring and I'm out of luck Skeeters that is their worst issue is stress cracks. They have had this issue for decades now...............

You hate Skeeters. My 04 ZX 225 has one small cosmetic crack where the console meets the deck. Been in big water all it's life. My dad's ZX 250 has zero cracks and he just fishes Texoma. Yes that's right, not one crack. I dare you to find one.
I hate photobucket.
