The headlights on my 2010 Tacoma are yellowed and look bad. I got my oil changed at the dealership the other day and when I was signing paperwork and paying the bill, the fellow told me that my head lights are dull and yellow due to the bulb burning the plastic. They ordered all new everything at no cost due to a Toyota recall I knew nothing about. If you have a Tacoma with this problem, get it to a dealership and get your truck looking new again.

I have a 2010, but don't seem to have that problem. If you don't mind me asking, do you do a lot of night driving, and how many miles on the odometer.

The DRLs on my 2009 burned the lenses. Common problem on certain years. It was only the lenses covering the DRLs/blinkers. I sold before Toyota offered the free fix. Some people replace the bulbs with cooler burning LEDs. Toyota fixed in 2012 or 2013. I take no chances with my 2013 and leave the DRLs off most of the time. Earlier models did not have a switch.

I don't drive much at night and with that being said, it's dark when I leaves for work and I have a 30 minute commute. Just turned 87,000 miles.

Thanks for the reply, I'll have to remember to keep an eye on mine.
