 downing Software on Gen 2 Touch

Trying to down load the latest 5.0 on my Gen 2 touch 12 but for some reason it will not download has anyone had this trouble with your unit not taking download. Going to double check my SD card and make sure the download is there and try again. Any ideas would be appreciated

I had the same problem the other day. I went back and made sure SD card was empty, then I downloaded the program again to the computer, then you have to open the zip file. It took me a while to get that done. After you get it open copy the contents to your SD card. Put it in your gen2 and turn on, it should load.
Look it up on youtube, several helpful videos
