somewhere i saw that certain older 5500c reels were lifetime warranty.
i have 4, the #'s on reel plate
89-0 90-91 two of this #
88-0 88-89 1 5500c syncro
84-2 86-87 1 of these
can anyone give any information on this or where i can get info.

I would call Abu Garcia customer service. They should be able to answer any questions on warranty
