I decided to give up on the crappie today. Instead, I went out and threw some cheese bait at the catfish. It was really windy which made it extremely tough to catch them. I did manage to catch some nice ones. The good thing is they all stayed alive. After taking a picture, I was able to release them here at the house.

stubby how deep do you fish this time of the year? and do you try to get close to the creek or is that a priority this time of the year

I caught a few smallerbone ij deep water so I went shallower in 5 feet of water them I caught some bigger ones, Hope this helps thanks for the questions that is why I post to help people out,
