Went out his afternoon and caught 18. First ones for 2016 season. Time to plan your fishing trip at River Ridge. www.riverridgetx.com. Water still high but fishable. We are open and ready for campers, rv, and cabins.

That water is really high.
I fished there last year & on 1 day the sandbass would bump a roadrunner but, only enough that I couldn't hook them.
The catfishing was good tho & I caught a few keepers.
I think the water needs to go down a bit, then it might get good enough to make a trip.
