Got together with Mike ,Brian , Clayton , and Jefferson to try our luck there . It was a slow due to what i tink was the water conditions , It was awefully stained due to the recent rains. I know it holds plenty of good fish after reading Mikes post and other friends that live near it . Irregardless some fish were caught .Great way to start the year off fishing with friends . Hopefully the water will clear soon so we can get back to haulin . Thanks guys , had good fellowship and a good time .Heres a few pics....

Great to have some of DFWs finest Carp anglers at the pond with me today. Was an honor to say the least. I had no luck today landing a carp but had a great time watching new friends catch a few on this slow day. Like Jesse said most likely do to the murky water from recent rains. I took a couple videos one of Jesse and one of Brian below.

Jesse's post are always enjoyable to read. He is so honest, so humble. He takes pride in everything he does and always credits others every chance he can.
And he is a really good fisherman. Proud to know you Jesse and good job on starting the new year right.

Nice! And walking distance from my house. I'd love to know the next time you are seeding them, and maybe we can draw one in close (fly close). Lots of water in that pond over the last few months!
