Anyone fish Timber Creek below Lake Lewisville? It's a small creek section between some apartments and a strip mall.

Looking for some new spots to try - any general recommendations on the spots below Lake Lewisville are appreciated!

Yes. The spot you're talking about can produce. Creek fishing can be a blast and usually little pressure.

Nice!

Do you have a preferred access spot?

That was early last year and now it's a little different due to construction. I always access from the business side because the apartments are no trespassing. They built a bridge to the apartments and under it might be good but be sure to park on the business side. Not sure how good the place is right now either. They put in some cofferdams for construction and it's also flooded in the area because of the Lewisville release.

Good call. On my last couple trips to the airport I've been eyeballing that place. May need to give it a try now.
