For Drifting ProAngler 7 footer
For casting ProAngler 10 footer.
These are the best rods I have ever used. ProAngler is the way to go.

These are 7'6 MH rods, just my opinion they are great rods for drifting but not the best rods for casting, T.C Hardaway - if you are looking for a great rod for both I would suggest the medium action rod from PA, I had one and it did both very well. I would also recommend the Whisker Seeker rod and it was advertised as a universal rod that can be used for drifting and casting, I've had mine for about a year and I have really enjoyed using it for both drifting and casting and I've landed some big fish with it. I just recently landed my PB of 52lb using this rod. Gar 1970 - I believe that PA 2 piece rods are only in the 10' rods.

I'm kinda fond of the PA rods myself. MH for drifting and M for casting.

The Pro Angler's are great and are an exact choice. If anyone needs them in the Fort Worth let me know and I will get you in touch with my friend Bob. He is a distributor. MH or M...either one will work fine...it just depends on how much you want to fight to the fish.

Another good rod is the UglyStik Stik catfish rod. The new ones have all steel rod guides. They come in 7' and that fits in my rod box so I always keep 6 of those onboard.
