used Sunday's chili to make a cornbread chili pie Monday.
made a cornbread batter and spread it in an skillet and up the sides. cooked at 400 for 10 min and then spooned about 3/4" of cold chili into the skillet.
spooned the rest of the batter over the top, covering the chili completely. bake at 400 for 40 min.
came out a little dry, might need more chili, but then i'd need a taller skillet. a couple spoons of red beans should fix it up.
