I haven't been much of a swim jig person but would like to work on it this year. I would like to buy some more swim jigs. I was wondering what brand swim jigs y'all use and if you had any other recommendations as far as jig color and trailers? Thank you.

Revenge Swim Jigs

I recommend these swim jigs. I've used them since they first came out and I haven't looked back since. The reason they're so good is because they're made from quality components. I still have some that I use that I bought like 7 years ago; it works just as good as when I bought it! They just last forever! They also have really good skirts too! Any shad color is what I tend to use. Although, during the post spawn, I'll use the bluegill color.

D&M Signature Series Swimbait

I like to use this swimbait as my trailer. It has a great action and it pairs well with any swim jig you choose to throw. I like to to use the shiner color for the shad colors and the clearlake hitch color for the bluegill color.

I tried the MPack swim jig and hated it.

Terrible hook up ratio and the skirt was constantly tangling in the weed guard.

Changed to Talon and all was better.

I like the stike king swim jigs, I use either a shad/white, or bream pattern. I usually use big bite cane thumpers as trailers, but sometimes switch to a craw trailer if I think I need more bulk.

Santone has been a winner for me
One of the few with a great hook and I love their trailer keeper

M Pack or Santone. If you want to swim the lure through deeper cover, the M Pack is obviously more weedless/snag proof.
