I have no way to check the fuse on my fortrex, but will the arrow light up if it's blown? thanks.

That is a 3 amp fuse that is only for noise control It doesn't have anything to do with the light (That I'm aware of). When it is blown your graph will not work worth anything when on the TM.
That is if you are talking about the fuse in the head of the TM. If you are talking about the fuses in the back of your boat those are most likely circuit breakers and they either have a reset on them or will reset in 30 seconds or so.
