You want to start a school,..or be a Guide..??
You can be a guide with a license, insurance (i hope), website, and clients.
oh yeah, and a boat and gear.

Never heard of a school in the area but I do remember a guide service that was hiring guides last year. If memory serves me right, they furnished the boat and trained you. They were mainly looking for a people person. Not sure what your experience level is but that may be something that you might want to pursue to gain knowledge and a reputation
