lakehouse.com is a good place to start, as well as calling a realtor in the CC area. I tried to get as far south as I could for clearer, deeper water. Guess it depends on what you're fishing for. Be careful, we looked around for fun, and bought a place a month later...

Just Google 133 Santa Maria. Payne Springs, Texas. Best Buy on the lake.

I just bought a lake house thru Janice Haney at Johnson Monroe Realty. She is very knowledgeable about the lake and the area. I would highly recommend you reach out and speak with her. She is great to deal with and not high pressure. She will help you find what you are looking for.

I purchased my home at Cedar Creek about 8 months ago. My best advice is to take your time, look a lot, and make sure you get enough water under your dock so that you can put your boat in when the lake is down 3-4 feet. All docks look good now with a full lake.

I like the south end of the lake for bass fishing. You may want to be farther north is you want to be closer to stores, restaurant, etc.
