Mad Frog and YakAttack both make transducer arms, I have both. The Mad Frog is more streamlined and easier to swing up and out of the water.

That is a really nice rig. Your gonna love crappie fishing out of it. Whatever works in your mind for rigging your FF will work. No two people rig them the same. You have a lot of real estate to work with there.
Welcome to the addiction. !

Really nice! I see two flush mounted rod holders behind the seat and one forward, a nice seat and a nice and convenient paddle mount.
Austin Kayak and others sell really nice and inexpensive black milk crates that most carry behind the seat. And, I'd want an anchor trolley early one, if there isn't one yet, to pin yourself down on the water.
Edgewood puts you close to Fork, Tawakoni, Purtis Creek and a dozen other great east Texas lakes. You are in for some really good times, good fishing.

Nice yak. I still need to get an anchor trolley and fish finder for mine. Where did you guys get your anchor trolleys from? May go over to Bass Pro and see what they have.

I see they have changed them up a little since I had one, I also like the new green color. Advice for you would be to get a piece of 1/2 pipe insulation and put it on the back seat rail where it sits on the bottom, they are notorious for having the front rail pop out of the rests because the back rail doesn't quite lay completely flat on the deck, so when you lean back it does but then causes the front to pop out. My hatches leaked from day one, I resealed but it never was completely dry so beware. For my FF I mounted the head unit where you have yours, ran my wiring back down thru the hull and then back up under the seat, I then fashioned a custom scupper mount for the transducer and made a pretty awesome pelican battery box. I tried several different layouts for the transducer but that is what I ended up with that satisfied me the most, I wasn't a big fan of through the hull or over the side applications. It is a great yak to get you going and addicted to kayak fishing but it is a tank on the water. I decided to upgrade after fishing a tournament and realizing I needed to move a whole lot faster than that thing would allow me. Don't get me wrong though, for the price point that thing can't be beat, great yak.
