The opened the gates more today! Instead of lake dropping 1.2ft a week it's now going to drop a ft every 3 days! Shouldn't be long

Texas lake levels shows Lewisville to be -0.07 inches low (I live on the lake and it is still above pool??) Ray Roberts is 2.21 feet high and Grapevine is 13.70 feet high as of this morning. If mother nature doesn't pull a fast one on us the spawn will be early March this year, the water temps are on the rise and the fish are moving shallow lets get this thing started.

I'm as anxious as all of you to get this started! If the Vine ramps continue to be closed then we will definitely go to Ray Roberts, Lewisville and Ray Hubbard! The new website is almost ready and I am in the process of obtaining permits! We're getting close!

I don't mind coming out to fish lew or the vine either I use to be able to catch fish on both of those lakes.

UPDATE:

I have been getting a lot of calls, emails, and PM's from anglers asking about the schedule and when the first tournament will be. The primary reason for the delay remains with the high water level on Lake Grapevine, and the fact that Lewisville Lake Park is still closed due to construction. I am working to obtain the required permits for both Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts. I plan to announce the season opener on Monday once I have confirmation of the permits. I am planning to kick-off the first tournament the weekend of March 19th/20th.
