Never been there before but looking to go this weekend, I've been hearing the lakes on fire and catching good fish! I just wanting to know if there are any shallow spots or stumps in the lake I need to watch out for! Any information will b greatly appreciated!

Some of the points come a long way out, make sure you give them a wide berth. From either ramp as your idling away to the left (creek end) of the lake there is timber. For the most part from the ramp to the dam its clear.

Website says gates open at 8 but its always open... There is a self pay box that you do yourself if they arent there. Got there around 6 tuesday morning and the gate was already open.
