We are looking at a lake lot there. We are concerned about the water quality due to the power plant. Anyone on here have any information about it? Or could you point me in the right direction to find out? Thanks.

Tri-lakes as its called. Cypress Springs drains into Sandlin through a big hole in the dam or a glory hole and up through a blow hole. On the other end of the lake is Lake Montecelo where water is drained into a river controlled by the power plant. That water runs over pipes keeping them cool then spills into the lake. That water runs down a river to Lake o the pines. The power plant does not pollute much at all. All the water in all the lakes is great. Fishing is good. We swim and eat the fish. Our lake lot is across the lake from the power plant. ( the Emerald city) We can't see it from our property. Bought the lot in March last year 3 acres 500' water front and love it. My friend and next door neighbor does Electrical maintenance at the plant 40 yrs, Let me know if you have any other questions.
