I have a question about my down imaging and side imaging. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. What do I need to do or look for to get this corrected? Where do I start?

What do you mean when you say sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't?
Like, the sidescan/downscan won't power up? Or it's just a bad picture? Is it just a white line with no imaging?

Do you have the LSS2 going directly to the 12? What exactly is it doing and when does it happen?

It works great sometimes, and sometimes it won't pull up an image. I hooked my hds9 up to it last night and it worked fine.

I think you answered your question; you need to contact lowrance and let them tell you what to do. Hopefully you are still under warranty
