Caught 17 fish with two over 4 pounds and one over 5 pounds!! Every fish was caught flipping the reeds. Caught the 5.23 on a fluke and one other on a fluke but all the rest were caught T-riggin a Alabama Craw colored Rage Craw. Had to flip way back deep into the reeds, 10-15ft behind the edge of them or I wasnt getting bites. It's an absolute amazing bite!!

Fairfield has been good! My dad and I won a tourney there a few weeks back with almost 25 pounds. I caught 10 overs and had an awesome time. Every bass looks like a football

I have a pic of the 5.23 but can't get it to load on here from my phone. Will try e-mailing it to myself and doing it through my computer.

Stratos I talked to the park ranger today and he said that the fish kill this consisted of about 100 fish at most and no bass. Im not calling you a liar just stating what i was told today.

haha. You're late to the party. I've been flipping reeds in that lake for a month and a half now. And yes, it is almost the most fun a bass fishing guy can have....legally. Lol it's really fun when the water is dead calm and you fill the "pop" before the bait hits bottom.
