I went out and bought some after the Classic last year but hardly gave them a try.

Not so much interested in the make as in the type of retrieve you use-slow roll, higher up in the water column for suspended fish, what speed, etc. Gonna go out Thur and give it a try-just looking for some pointers.

Thanks for any help.

Very versatile bait. Fish it anywhere in the water column in a variety of ways. Experiment with it. I have caught a fish jigging it in a tree. IMO you really can't fish it a wrong way, it just depends on whether that's what the fish want to bite that day.

ere is one that we use a lot out here in Georgia and it's on during the winter months especially. I usually tip mine with a Keitech swimbait (the ones with ribs), in a blueback color. We usually sit out in about 70' of water and throw them up and across ridges topping out about 20' deep with brush on top. The colder the water the slower we fish. Almost always let it go to the bottom and then slow roll/bounce off the bottom and thread it through the brush.

Put a #1straight shank hook on the cupped side of the blade. You will catch way more fish.
