Not to start an argument, but which boat company combines the highest quality with the best customer service? BassCat or Ranger or are both equal? I know it's not Skeeter because I run one and have tried to contact the factory......... fail. I am leaving out small boat makers like Charger on purpose, not to be rude, just don't consider them an option for me. Also, how important is the highest quality plus a company that backs their product? Once you are out of warranty aren't all boat owners pretty much on their own? Thanks for any thoughts or experiences you can share, and again, not to start a war. We all know Ranger and BassCat are quality boats. Thanks

I ran a Bass Cat Jaguar prior to this boat and it was nice and customer service was great. My dad still runs a Ranger and its a good boat for sure and service has been top notch. I switched to Phoenix 921 and its the best boat I've been in and the customer service is awesome as well.

Frank I have ran both for years, Running a cat now. They both have very stellar CS. But to be honest I will be going back to Ranger on my next boat.

Ranger was the best I've had in this department.

I have owned several Rangers and now a Bass Cat. I have called the factory for parts for both and received excellent service from each. So, I'd pick the model you like and fits your needs, then proceed. You may also want to factor the local dealer and their service in your decision.

Rockwall marine and basscat are both top notch i bought used but they have a lot of basscat stuff.
I've never owned a Ranger but the newer ones are fast and look like a freakin Sportscar

Ranger was great. Basscat was best. Person answers the phone and transfers you to a person that can help. The same person helping you today will be there next year. (Lord willing). I am however bias, I am apart of a Basscat dealership. I call the same number and speak to the same people, unlike G3 which I have to state a dealer number every time I speak with someone.

The Skeeter factory closes over the holidays. Think I saw where they were closed from dec 18 thru jan 4. I've never had a problem with them myself. If you have a problem your dealer cant fix just drive it straight to the factory. You may be surprised how well they take care of you.

I owned a ranger and it was a great boat, I went to legend and nothing is like, great ride, very dry, I do believe the customer service is second to none. If there is a problem they stand behind everything, and Sartin Marine is in a class of there own, they stand behind all there work and never try to over sale you stuff if not needed. You should call Billy at sartin and talk to him. I am working in Kansas will be back in a few weeks, if you want you can come ride in my boat, drive it and see what you think. Just pm me. Brian
