Jason, Why did they do away with the 800 kHz frequency on the 3D? BTW, great video!

Just got done unboxing mine....Will try to install tomorrow...Can't wait to test it out Something I noticed right off the bat: 1) The transducer cable is huge (compare its diameter to the diameter of the ethernet cable in the same photo). 2) The transducer itself is also huge. Without the bracket, it is measured at 10 1/4" long x 2 3/8" wide x 1 5/8" thick... 3) The module itself is a lot lighter than I expected....(remember handling my buddy's LSS1 module many times), but that's a plus I guess... Last but not least, thanks for making and posting the video Jason. I wonder if it's gonna be so great that I will have to save for another one upfront as I have two LSS2 transducers running right now off both 12...

I have been real impressed with the range and image detail in the down and side scan pics I have seen. Looking forward to more screenshots. Thanks for posting these.
