Caught a dozen crappie on Palestine yesterday. It was cold but worth it. Did not have a scale but my cooler is 17 1/2 inches across the top. All fish on Pepop's 1/8 jig. I let the big one go.

That big old skillet you use for those nutria will fit that fish just fine

There you go making me hungry and I'm prolly 400 miles from a nutria!! I see these poor swuirrels climbing 8ft tall scrub trees and I wanna load em in my pocket and bring em home to E Tx and turn em loose!! Imagine a hill country squirrel seeing his first big white oak tree!! roflmao
