I'm watching a video from BC Outdoors sportfishing on white sturgeon. The thought of catching a fish over 6 feet long in freshwater is just so mind-blowing ... and I've never even seen one in person yet.

Sturgeon fishing is good fun. I caught them in Portland a couple of years ago, and had a blast. Unfortunately it was a catch and release only year. As for myself this year, a simple Walleye is on my list.

already making plans for summer '17, you wanna? Actually that sounds like a good idea - was going to suggest a few days of saltwater fishing as well, but then I saw the saltwater limits for that area and changed my mind.

7 Days of bass fishing in Mexico, next month, 10 lbs or bust! I've tried twice and both times the biggest I caught was 8 lbs

I think I'm going to do one of the paddle fish trips up in Oklahoma
Been talking about it for a couple of years so I need to get off my arse and do it
May try to make it the same week as the classic so I can do both while being up there

Headed to Christmas Island to get a GT on the fly...that's about the last fish on my bucket list...except maybe for a big Rainbow trout over 30 inches from freshwater.

To Southern Florida collecting and bringing peacock bass breeding stock back to Texas.
We've already spawned and reared fingerlings, now to take it to the next level, we need more breeding stock...so Florida or Bust!

I just simply want to take the fishing gear I have and enjoy some smaller scale adventures with my kids like my dad and I did when I was a kid, a jon boat and a small outboard and fish for what ever is biting at the time. Blue gills, catfish, LMB's, sand bass, etc.......

In Texas: Catch Smallmouth Bass (I've never caught the species.)
Fish Lake Falcon at least once.
Other: I booked 3 weeks' accommodations in South/Central Florida. I lived there 19 years and want to fish Okeechobee & Kissimee again.
