First attempt at posting a picture, but I thought this would be very educational for all. The fish were not biting too well but I was very comfortable. if only I could rig the yak with a fireplace.

Actually got a new yak for Christmas and was adding an anchor trolley. With cold temps and snow on the ground in West Texas, the wife said to bring it in the house to work on it.

Go kayaking down snow-covered hills. If you can find a hill out there.

No hills here, but I saw a pickup pulling a sled down my street a couple of days ago. when my son returns from deer hunting, I guess he could pull me with his FWD truck.

Nice boat Mike! Don't feel bad I haven't been on the water in a month and even then I didn't catch anything. Springtime is around the corner and I can't wait to get some easy fishing again.

It was mostly gone by the time we got there :-(
We almost went swimming in the 73* spring water. The water was so clear!

Take it out to the sandhills and go down!

NOTE: do not actually do this.

On the other hand, you're only a few hours away from fishable waters once the temps go up just a bit: Alan Henry and the Concho are all easily fishable.

I don't need no stinking life vest or fishing pole.
