Just installed a new Fortrex.
It turns further to the right than the left.
Is there a way to adjust?
The head also sits 90 degrees to the center line of the boat. Any way to make the head parallel to the center line(meaning the head points forward instead of to the left)?

with the tm deployed an in the forward/straight position. Does the direction arrow line up with the head? If not then you will need to do the following:
If foot pedal is recessed then remove from boat so it is mobile. remove the four screws beneath the head of the unit, just under the arrow tm needs to be deployed if not then now. remove the top cover. there will be a cable around a pully Take a screw driver and loosen the screw that is in front of the foot pedal. put a mark on the screwdriver so you will know when you have loosened the screw at least 360 degrees each time you turn. Start with about 3, then check the wire to see if it will slide off, if not, then continue with one full turn each time, while keeping track of your turns. 4 5 6 and etc. until you can remove the cable from the pulley. this will allow you to adjust the foot pedal forward or back. adjust the directional arrow at this time as well pointing in the same direction of the motor head, should be forward. Put the cable back on the pulley tighten screw the number of times back to original and test the foot pedal. You should be able to push the pedal completely forward and the motor head be pointing backwards and push the pedal all the way backwards and motor head pointing backwards, hence the importance of getting the arrow in line with the motor head. Continue loosening screw and then adjusting the pulley until you get it the way you want it.
Hope this helps. Once you see how it adjusts, it will be piece of cake.
The reason for tracking the number of turns on the screw adjustment is so that you do not overtighten the cable tension. over time the cable will stretch so it will be necessary to tighten the screw, but not with a new tm.
my number is below if you need to call and I can walk you through it.

The head pivots...loosen the collar and turn the head so that when the pedal is plat the motor is pointing straight ahead. That should give you full mobility unless there is something mechanically out of whack on it...
