I am a little confused. Since the powerplant wasnt used much last year the buoys are not attatched and middle fence is down. Can you go up in there now and fish. There are not any signs saying "No Fishing". Saw a boat up on the other side of fence for an hour or 2. Was just wondering. Thanks

Been discussed quite a bit recently. As of last week the buoys were there. Not at the fence line, well ahead of it. They are Danger, No Boats, with the crossed diamond.

Several boats are just not heeding, and are at risk of a fine and possibly ruining the fishing for the rest of us! I can see them really blocking off the discharge of people don't stop it. Possible liability issues!

What David said. Boats should not be inside the buoys and definitely not beyond the fence. Good grief. Pull out your phone/camera. They'll move quickly. They know they aren't supposed to be in there. Think the tickets are about $300...not to mention the risk to property and person. C'mon, people.

Make long casts, and fish underneath their boat, you'll catch them!

This was my view when I pulled up this Saturday. The guy on far left was about 10' from the spillway at one point. We can blame this on the younger generation, these are grown arse men.

That's just asking for trouble.

Exactly....and they're asking for all of us who aren't cheating, too.

Pics help. Zoomed pics with TX numbers even better.

I've always stayed outside bouyes. They don't say keep out though. Looks safer then my bass boat on the Red below Texoma this past year. Not that worried about others who are making their own conscious decisions. They are in the way of my casting though. 1 1/2 oz tungsten C-rig weight would hurt.
