I haven't been, but winter fishing is always tough on these lakes (Belton and Stillhouse). I'll only fish at night in the winter. With falling water, I can't imagine that's helping the case.

Went to Granger 2 weeks ago and fished Willis creek with no success. Ran out to a few main lake brush piles and picked up 2 crappie. Bite was slow but there was no wind that particular day so it made for an enjoyable day on the water. From what I have heard, Granger is not a good winter lake and I believe it.

Hit Granger today, only one crappie. It was cold and windy.
