Will anyone tell me some of the better river tail waters that hold 20 pound plus Stripers? All I need to know is what rivers and is there a boat ramp.

Red below Texoma. But I'm guessing with all this rain, it may not be accessible do a search and you will see a lot of texoma guides fishing the river after all the spring rains, lots of big fish

Denison Dam. No ramp just beach launch from the oklahoma side, in a boat of any size you'll need the water running. I've never been on the river in a real boat just kayak and my 2 man.

true 20 lb'ers are hard to come by, your best bet for fish that size is to go to arkansas. But there are plenty of teen size fish being caught at dennison dam.

To launch on the OK side of the dam, you will need an OK fishing license.
