I ordered a new motor that came with an "adapter" but I'm not sure where or how it installs.

This motor replaces a the hollow hex shaft motor.

I watched you tube videos and seems like easy process but decided to punt and drop it off for fear of my inabilities. smile. Check out you tube. One of the videos I watch showed cutting the new harness and installing stock connector. That's why I punted. Sorry can't be more help.

Okay thanks, I've got pulled apart but the new motor is just different from the original. So, just not to sure how/if it installs

if I remember right the older ones used an allen key with a fork on the end. the new one is allen key the whole way. you can use the new motor with the old pump
