We've had a comparatively mild start to the winter season, so I was wondering it at even this late a date, the Hybrids and white would still be hanging out at the docks at night at Cedar Creek. Tonight is nice weather so was thinking of taking my son down for some fishing, but dont want to waste an hour and half trip each way.
Thanks,
Christian

John 5:24 Very truly I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.

1Peter 3:18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit.

I kinda doubt it. I thought spring, summer and part of fall were best times of year for hitting the lights.

Well I got my answer tonight.. It was dead out there! My son and I hit it around 7:30 PM and fished till about 11:00PM, and he caught a small catfish, and I got skunked. The lake was calm as glass, the weather was perfect, and the water was not very cold, but the fish were just not there. This is for sure the latest I had ever gone out in the season, but since the water temps were still warm I wanted to give it a shot.

What was the water temp? A buddy and I went out last week and caught a limit if Hybrids on the docks, along with 4 huge sandies. It was somewhat tedious, with only one or two fish per dock and they took their time to replenish once we boogered up a dock, but we had a great time and caught some quality fish.

It ended 2 weeks ago. Shad left lights. Water got too cold.
