I bought a two piece tiger surfing rod on ebay back in 2006, it is between 11 and 13 ft long, does anyone have any info on these? I know they don't make them anymore, I've been told that it was sold back in the late 80s to early 90s. It's a great rod, it takes a spinning reel and I believe it's 15 to 30 lb test line rated. I have some big Diana spinning reels that are huge thought about putting one on for catfishing.

I have the one piece 7 foot medium one piece that is ranked at 20-50 lb. It has been my go to pier rod for the last two summers in Galveston and in Port Aransas. Wonderful little rod for the price.
