So I have been tying jigs for a few decades now, but have not had time in the past couple years for fishing let alone making jigs. I am going to sell off all my tools and materials and thought I'd post up here before going to the for sale section or ebay.

I have lots of materials, everything you need to set up shop and start cranking out jigs, including several hundred jig heads. I'm not sure of the entirety of the lot but will dig in over the next week and see what all is available.

I must have $500 worth of stuff to sell, but will let it go cheap.

I don't mind splitting it up for you guys and selling separately.
I could split it up and put together a 'beginner' package if someone is in need.

There will be free jigs, already made, included with some of the items.

I have 2 small kids and only went out fishing 1 time this year, i'd rather go fishing when i can with my kids than spend time making jigs smile Hopefully when my son gets older i can pick back up and teach him how to tie his own jigs. I learned in my grandfather's basement on his vise and with his hand poured jigs and bucktail. It was awesome to go visit him, as he was a fishing legend in my eyes.

I'm interested as well. I feel the pain of not being able to go fishing much!

Advice from an older man, unless it's a cash flow deal I would hang on to it. Gonna cost more to get back into it later, and there are some good memories to be made with you and the kids before long. And it goes buy fast! 2cents

its more of a de-clutter / guitar fund deal, i know it will cost way more down the road, but at least i won't have a closet full of stuff for 5 years while i wait. i'll see if i can get to posting pics today for those who are interested.

Here we go. I hate to think how much money I spent on it all together, probably over the $500 I guessed earlier. Funny thing is, as I was laying it all out I kinda felt the urge to tie some jigs...must stay focused. Lol

I should mention the jig heads are 99% sicKle hooks, some are the bleeding red some are standard color. Weights range from 1/32 to 1/4 haven't counted them all but there must be a few hundred. Many walleye head and a few pill head
