Met Old Coach and Lenahorse, noon at Lone Star Marina.
Nice overcast slightly breezy afternoon to start. We tried Spillway, Merimac and Long Ridge with just a few fish. Not many but magnum sandies and a 15inch crappie on slabs. Then the wind changed direction and started coming out of the North and as usual I did not see anyone predict a North wind for today. We moved over to West side of Dam and marked a good school. Caught several more magnums there and then they were gone, guess they realized wind was out of the North.
To end the day the wind layed down and changed direction again. We tried Merimac, Game Warden and Enchanted isle were Larry hooked the biggest fish of the day, that hybrid gave him a good fight. Larry also caught the smallest fish of the day. All in all is was a very pleasant day on the lake, fishing was OK and the company terrific.
