What is goig on there? Are the fish deep or shallow. Types of baits to use. Just looking for some help.

I thought find the shad balled up and use a rig around the dams, bridges, rip rap, tires, marinas, rocky points. Don't think things change there much except for spawn but probably always fish on the above spots. Some tell me if I am full of it?

Arrowhead and little elm boat ramps are open. It is 6 ft above pool and they are pulling 5417 CFP. Usually when they are moving that much water the bite is slow. Suspending Jerkbaits and shaky head have been working but you have to find the shad and cover a ton of water right now. When they slow the water down it will get better.
