Howdy folks !!

Hope everyone is doing fine around here . Went to Medina few days earlier with my buddy scott to find out if there were any fish left . We fished both drop shot and bottom rig using live worms . It took a while to find bluegills but bass are pretty active out there . We caught more than 25bass which were all released to catch another day and kept some nice big eater gills to dinner . Here are few pics :

Yes Sir! Overall the Bluegill bite has been GREAT on the area water bodies. With all of the rain we have been having next year is looking FANTASTIC! Give me a shout anytime you are ready! thumb

Those are some big gills, well done!!!!

You are right about the the bass bite. I fished a creek on Friday. I stood in one place and caught 25 lmb. I left and came back that afternoon. I stood in the same place and caught 25 more. It was ridiculous. I stood there and jigged them with a rooster tail, LOL!!! I had a hard time locating Bluegill as well. I didn't find any big ones like these though. Great fishing, thanks for the report.

PS. It looked awful windy out there.

Overall i have seen some nice reports on my facebook page as well looks like whites are moving upriver already first spawn after lake came up it should be pretty awesome fishing coming year . For bluegills we found them at the base of these rocky structures .

wow, those are some nice bluegill! Did either the drop shot or bottom rig outperform the other?

Bottom rig outperformed drop shot this time !! This was actually first time for me using bottom rig in 2015 otherwise i have always done better on drop shots . Hopefully next time i can find some redears .
