Myself and Mike "USMC-GY" fished for the Rainbows Monday and Tuesday on the beautiful Guadalupe River. It paid off with BACK to BACK limits. We took 10 fish home for the dinner table each day. Fish were located at the ends of currents. Fish were caught using Berkley orange colored power worms,Gulp Trout Bait yellow in color,small crank baits,and Berkley trout bait,cheese colored. We lipped hook a bunch and they were released to fight again. After the Monday trip we had a GREAT breakfast at Granny D's in Canyon City. We finished the Monday trip at Canyon Lake where we caught a few very nice Bluegill and some small Crappie. After the Tuesday trip we had a SUPER breakfast at the Union Street Station in New Braunfels. We finished the Tuesday trip by hitting Dunlap and Mcqueeney for some sunnies and the bite was poor! Starting the week fishing. It just don't get any better! fish

Yea Chuck you can tell it is winter time. The Sunfish post have really slowed down! Love those trout catches.
