My guess -- all it is -- is that Rubbermaid bought the company for parts of it and will sell the stuff it doesn't want. There's a LOT of stuff: http://www.jarden.com/brands

Wouldn't be surprised to see Berkley/Pure Fishing sold or spun off at some point.
