 Visiting hill country in February.

I am going to be camping in the hill country for several weeks in mid to late Feb. and am wondering what type of fishing I can expect at That time of year. I would like to fish for stripers and panfish. I will be fishing from shore or wading as I will not have a boat. Any information would be grealty appreciated.

What part of the hill country will you be camping at?
