 I never get to fish

I gotta say my job has pretty much taken me off the water for the last couple of years. So much so that I had what the Dr called a "brain fart" recently. He said I needed to get out of the office and get dirty. So last week I went driving to look at the creeks for a place to fish. Well as we all know the creeks are flooded. So, I went somewhere I figured I would at least get to fish. This was Wednesday. I got there around 7 and left before 9:30 with 16 decent keepers.
I went back on Thursday morning and got there around 7 and was driving away at 7:45 with 17. We had fish this weekend. YAY!

I lurk a bit. But I have to start getting out and walking and tubing. My blood pressure has been on the rise and I have to make some changes in my lifestyle. I've made a lot more money that I have ever made over the last couple of years, but at the expense of my health, both mentally and physical. May even look at gettin me a pontoon boat. LOL

Nice...the creeks will be on fire after the next cold front!!!

If you are fishing in areas where the water is already down. The creeks for some lakes are well outside of their banks right now.
