Short answer: Yes
All boat ramps are currently closed due to flooding. Bite was just starting to pickup when the skies opened up again. At current lake level if your inclined to pier fish you would have to swim to get to the piers. Day use area at the dam is currently closed. New rules in effect are Day use fishing at the park piers is allowed only Monday through Thursday unless you are camping otherwise must use day use.
