Has anybody gotten their trailer inspected yet for 2016? Will non operating running lights on the side of the trailer cause an inspection fail?

thanks

No sure about a boat trailer but I am in the transportation business and every light on the trailer has to be operational/working or it will not pass inspection. I could be wrong but I am pretty sure the same applies to boat tailers or any other trailer for that matter.

With most inspectors yes. I had to lay in the parking lot to fix one.
