In the past I've seen a guy advertise he would replace your bunk while you fished. Does anyone know if he still does it and his contact info ?

I'll second that. He replaced my bunks and carpet as well as the carpet on the fender wells, during the summer when me and the wife were on vacation. He picked it up from in front of our room at Lake Fork Marina while me and the wife were out fishing and called me when he brought it back where we met him back and he dropped it off in front of the room where he picked it up at. LAKE FORK BOAT CARPET 1750 HWY 17 NORTH ALBA TX. 903-440-4440
