Dec 2 ordered a bracket for my new Garmin. Got order confirmation email. Call them today, Dec 11, looking for an update on order. Customer Service person says they won't even have it in their warehouse till Dec 16. No notice of back order, original order confirmation says nothing of back order.

This is just a heads up for anyone using this place. They don't seem to care about customers......Canceled this order and going some place else.

Apologize for the rant but DANG that is a little upsetting.

This store is out of Florida to help identify.
