For my 40 th b-day this year I had a really nice sc5 st Croix built for a weightless fluke rod. Id like any recommendations on how to counterweight it, so that its not as tip heavy. It wears my left arm out after a while do an injury/ surgery that has left my arm weak. I want any modification to look nice...Thanks

You are correct its applied over eva. you will use a banks sinker that fits the blank its tapered and so is the blank it will fit well if the weight u use is to small just wrap masking tape around it until it fits. then glue the sinker with 5 min epoxy. I like to tape the sinker to the butt and cast a few times to be sure it the weight i want. the unibit drilled a hole that is tapered so you then glue an eva plug in the end and sand the extra plug until its flush with the winn grip. you will never know it was drilled. if you need anything you let me know and if you dont have access to eva i will make you one.
