Highly recommend Sunbridge Inn. Tell them you are bringing a boat and they'll take care of you, and don't worry about your vehicle or boat because there are a bunch of DPS vehicles staying at the Holiday Inn Express next door.

Carlos Olivares is the man.

He has a nice little hacienda style motel. Nice little rooms, TV and showers, not fancy but clean. He has an outdoor kitchen you can use to cook your own chow or even have his guys cook for you. Area is a little secluded but feels very safe. 5 mins to the ramp.

I have stayed and fished with Carlos 3 times now. Always had a blast and not too hard on the wallet.

The guy has lived on the lake his whole life; also does trips to Sugar and knows that area like no one else. He is from Guerrero on the Mexican side of Falcon and took us over there for lunch at his family's place. Very cool experience.

PS his website sucks, I told him but he is old school and not worried about websites ha ha.

Give him a ring you will be happy you did.

Tommy Law or Jay Greishaw, their knowledge of the lake is priceless first and foremost! Tommy is the best I've ever seen, Period! Matt Reed as well, the Elite pro guides there in the winter.

Tommy Law- been out twice with him and had awesome days both times. He's got a cabin to stay in fairly cheap and nice stay.
